Hengst Group stragetic goal is to balance the overall business by especially growing the industrial filtration segment. Nordic Air Filtration joining the Hengst Group was an important step towards achieving this goal. Since February 2016 various initiatives have been started to continue expanding the business.
Two perfect examples are the market entries in North America and China. The combination of Nordic’s know-how, product range and capability to serve customer requirements, in combination with the existing global presence of Hengst and the highly motivated colleagues in all related locations are the base for this success. The strategic journey within the industrial air filtration segment however has just started. Our portfolio will consequently be expanded within the next years. We will achieve this on the one hand by further product developments of Hengst/Nordic. Besides that, it is expected that further companies will join the Hengst Group.
In order to align all market and product development related activities we decided to promote André Radley Grundahl as Managing Director for Industrial Air Filtration at Hengst Group. André will besides his new responsibility operate the global activities of the Nordic Air Filtration business as the Managing Director of Nordic Air Filtration. In order to support our operation and Nordic Air Filtration headquarter in Nakskov, Frank Lykke Petersen (before Nordic Air Filtration CFO) is promoted as Managing Director at Nordic Air Filtration operation in Nakskov. Frank will be responsible for all operation, administration and financial activities in Nakskov.
The coming years are indeed exciting times for our company.
